02 PCM with 99 injectors?

02 PCM with 99 injectors?
I know I can run the 99 PCM with the 02 injectors, but can I run my nelson tuned 02 PCM with my old 99 injectors until I have my 02 ones I have now tested and cleaned?
Should I throw some octane booster in an just drive easy?
Or is there to much much of a chance it will run to lean with 5# smaller injectors?
