01 water pump on a 05...

will it fit? whats the differance?

okay thanks, I called autozone and they said different part number, making sure it would fit right

the 01 has the thermostat built into the water neck, and the 05 has a normal removable thermostat.

so you may need to buy a thermostat too if the pump you have doesnt have one

okay thanks guys. about how much are the thermostats for the 01's? and my truck was tuned with a 160 stat but its got the stock one now, which one should I run?

Double check but u should be able to used your thermostat and water neck with that pump..
