Really? I've used both and find EFILives layout, once you get the feel for it to but be easier to navigate. If your having problems on what changes to make, that's another issue, As both tools have pretty much the same tables. Is it the tool your having trouble with, or tuning? I'd hate to see ya spend money and find out you really just needed to learn more about tuning. I wouldn't say HPT is any easier to use.

I've been told the hptuners is a lot easier than EFIlive...it's like I don't know where to start with the efilive... and when I ask people for help or advise they say read which I've doon so it's not for me...

I'm not an expert but I've played with EFI for about 6 months now and I haven't blew my truck up yet What all have you read? What are you trying to change with your tune? It took a LOT of reading to understand what I know so far. Feel free to PM me with any questions if you decide to stick with it. I'd be glad to try and help you out.

Your going to run in to the same problems with HPtuners. HPtuners is definetly more difficult to navigate than EFIlive.

I think both can be overwhelming at first. I think you should stick with it for a while. At the very leased, I think you should verify HP tuners is easier for you before you spend all that dough. I do like HPtuners lay out better.
