Default WTT: Corsa Sport muffler for Touring

I have a Corsa Sport muffler on my truck, I want the Touring. Assuming they are the same dimensions, I want to trade with someone.

I had to put a resonator inline with the muffler to keep it bearable without the cats. After I did that the hangar pulled off of the pre-muffler exhaust tube and now I have a hole in the side. Ordered a new one, but I don't want to put the resonator back inline again and have it happen again, so I want to see if the touring muffler will tone things down to where I want them. Yes, the sport sounds badass at WOT, but it's a little much for daily driving

My system with the touring was still EXTREMELY raspy/loud at 3000rpm+

I thought the touring would be OK also, but it's F'n harsh alone.

You prolly seen my thread about it. If not, I'll dig it up for ya. Magnaflow resonator cured it.

Here https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...ght=corsa+clip

is the thread after I put the headers on, with just the touring cat back on it.

The vids don't do the rasp justice. I had people on the freeway, when I was driving mellow!

I'll get some clips to add to my "fixed the rasp" thread tomorrow for ya.

Damn man. That touring is almost the same volume as the sport! Its loud but i wish i could hear it in person cause i know its gotta be even louder than on here. I have the corsa sport and im about to do LT's and O/R y-pipe so i know its going to be loud. Sounds like either way a resonator will be needed so ill just stick with my Sport system.
