Is this for the Tahoe or the Silverado? Silverado will only take 03+. I have a cluster out of a 2000 Silverado if it'll work for you. Don't remember the mileage on it.

Looks like they're going for $100-125 on eGay. How about $100 shipped?

I have a couple laying around, you will need to replace the outside plastic with the one form your old one (front cover) but it is real easy. Let me know and you can have one. I am not sure of the mileage but you can change out just the speedometer gauge.

If he speaking about replacing the servo,(motor that moves the needle) then its a swap and solder job. Pretty easy IMO.
