Default WTB: Factory cigarette lighter (entire outlet)
I removed the outlet to install the switch to my DMH dump and now I'm removing a lot of things before I sell my truck. I believe they are the same in the dash of non-console trucks, mine was in the console above the cup holders on the left side.
