WTB crank pulley bolt

gm sells it brand new for 5 bucks..... and as for the long one..... take the new one and go to a hardware store, and buy one a lil bigger, to initially install your pulley. Then use your old bolt to tighten it down. and finally install the new bolt, and torque it. Always use a new bolt.....

it's a dealer only item, and i would honestly think a dealership could get it faster than an online gmparts provider. try gmpartsdirect.com they're a sponsor, but i've heard their shipping is alil outragous. and, customer service isn't up to par. Also, scdp (scogginsdickeyperformanceparts) is a gm parts wholesaler, and i've heard their customer service is up to snuff.

I'm in Santa Cruz, CA. I'll check those websites, I at least need a gm stock one,I don't trust a hardware store part in on my motor. Does anybody have a part number so I could look it up on gmpartsdirect? This little bolt is the last part I need for my TR224 to go in!

I tried the hardwars bolt to pull the pully on. It didn't work, so I heated the bastard with a propane torch and put it on by hand. Guess I cheated
Be careful though I could see where it would be easy to melt the front main seal.

I threw my pulley in the oven and heated it up at 350 for 20 mins. It slipped on enough where I could then get a socket to slip over the crank and tap the pulley on. Then just pulled it on with the crank bolt. Easy peesy.
