WTB broken/leaking oil cooler lines

Like it says, if anyone has the factory oil cooler lines that are leaking at the crimp point or perhaps the rubber lines are cut, I would be happy to take it off your hands (will even pay shipping).

I have a set off of a 2004 6.0 Express Van. There is noting wrong with them, I just don't need them.
I put the engine/trans in a 47 Chevy PU.
