my removal tool consists of a piece of threaded rod about 8 inches long that I drilled a some dimple in the middle so the big 3 arm gear puller I have will stay centered on the rod. Works perfectly and costs about $30, $25 of it being the gear puller.

Installer too consists of a 5lb sledge and block of 4x4 wood to get the pulley seated far enough to pull it on with the bolt...

chrysler puller free to rent from AutoZone

to put pulley on heat in oven and then thread it on with a grade 10 M16x2.0x110-120 bolt.
