I bought a VMAX ported throttle body from a friend but decided not to use it. He sent in a brand new TB to have ported and only had installed for a few hundred miles. He took it off due to having a 6.2L and 3.73 and his little one not liking it.

I believe Mike Norris does those. If you search on the camaro5 you should be able to find some info.

 

That is correct. Mike Norris is the one who does the porting... search VMAX ported TB on google and tons of places pop up to show the results. This throttle body is sold pending funds but will let everyone know if it falls through.

 

His daughter didn't like the added throttle response that caused her being tossed around everytime you pushed the gas.

 

Does it really help that much? My throttle response is horrible.. I can sometime hit the throttle 2-3 time(1/4-1/2 down) and it may or may not rev up. It's by far the worst throttle response I've ever felt with..

 

It does but a tune will even more so.
