Your buddies delusional. Have you looked at the price of a victor Jr. new? $380 depending on where you buy them, add the price of fuel rails $100, price of elbow $150, price of injectors $450 , and price of hacked up FPR system $150. That equals $1250 and even that's overpaying!
He might want to part it out like someone else was saying or lower his asking price to maybe $600. Just a suggestion.

That actually looks like Parker pipe 90's to JIC, with stainless line.. It will work for that set up, but isn't AN fittings...
