and i just pulled out the box it came in and found a suprise. I forgot that its the PH-410, not the model previously listed. The difference is, the 410 comes with remote, color display and a few added features.

its a "Premier" series 45Wx4, detachable face, supertunerIII, ECQ mode selection, built in DFS alarm, dual preouts and a subwoofer outlet.
