Default Turbo kit for sale, ceramic coated hot side, 4" downpipe, Tial 60mm wastegate...

Selling the entire turbo kit off my truck, except the turbo. Was on my 06 regular cab short bed. I Have run this kit with no problems at all. Have made 800 rwhp with it, just going with a bigger motor and turbo and have outgrown this one.

Was built around the 06 chevy grille with 34” radiator and electric fans, trimming the lower headlight brackets for the charge pipe. Truck had a precision PT88, Edelbrock Pro-Flo, and was 2wd with 4L80E. I’m sure it should work on most all 99-06 trucks with minor changes. Possibly also fit 07-13 trucks, but have to use your own discretion and best judgement on that.

Hot side consists of:
KB racing T4 log, has o2 sensor bung for passenger bank (Ceramic coated)
2.5” Tig welded crossover all stainless, V band clamp to log manifold and flange to drivers manifold, has o2 sensor bung for drivers bank (Ceramic Coated)
Drivers side 6.0 manifold, new studs, nuts, and gasket for collector all still in good condition (ports + collector flanges ported to full diameter of ex gaskets) Ceramic Coated
60mm TIAL wastegate, has 10# spring in it currently (1 of the bolts holding spring cap is stripped, I have never had a problem)
2” Wastegate dump pipe (ceramic coated)
4” downpipe with bung for wideband o2 sensor and 4” v bands on both ends ( built to clear A/C filter drier) Ceramic Coated
Has all v bands and clamps for crossover and wastegate clamps
The trans crossmember will need modified to clear 4” downpipe, and if has bolt on chassis braces from engine crossmember to frame rails will need removed to clear with wastegate dump pipe.

Cold side:
3” Turbo to intercooler pipe tig welded pipe painted black
Intercooler to intake is 2 pipes. One from intercooler around radiator 3”, then step up to 4” to intake. Second pipe has Race Parts Solutions Blow off valve (Tial copy), and 3/8” npt bung for I.A.T. sensor.
The silicone connection on the setup between these 2 pipes was used to slide pipe up or down depending on the intake manifold used.
3” intercooler comes with top and bottom modified “A” frame/hood latch mount to fit in front of A/C condenser.
Has all silicone connections and t bolt clamps

Some of the pipes have a few scuffs and scratches, nothing major. Almost unavoidable installing parts in the truck without bumping anything.

SOLD

I will not separate ANYTHING in this kit

Not looking for any trades

Again, DOES NOT COME WITH THE TURBO IN THE PICTURE

Any questions, PM me and I will try to get you answers asap

It's funny how you can't even take a picture in your garage w/o having random LSx parts in the backdrop

Bump for a good seller!

Someone needs to buy my Dmax so I can pick this up from you. If not, GLWS. Looks to be an awesome setup for the price.

Thanks. I think it is perfect for the not full on race but more than small turbo on relatively stock motor build
