Just replaced the transfer case because of a bad bearing and seal from the front drive output. This thing needs to be torn through, and I don't have the time/tools/knowledge

New/rebuilt these go for 1300-1500 + the 300 core charge.

Might want to start over. LKQ has got em all over TX for 650.00 with a warranty. What you have is "a core" and you stated that price above.
