Default traction bars

im getting ready to make some caltrak style traction bars for my truck. figured i could make a few more sets while i was at it. i should have the first set finished this weekend and ill post up pics. just kind of testing the waters to see if anyone would be interested in getting a set. im thinking $200 painted any color you like. i work at a body shop w/ PPG latest paint mixxing system i can litteraly make any color under the sun. thanks

to get people interested your going to have to post up pics and details on the measurements and materials used.

i post up pics and detailed info once i get the bars finalized. as of now my plans are 3/16 or 1/4in steel plate for the brackets and 1in od/ 3/4in id pipe. i guess if there is enough interest i could make them a complete bolt in application so people wont have to weld the brackets under the axle. ill get this first set made and take it from there. i not trying to get into this as a business i just figured if i was going to make one set it would be easy enough to use it as a template and make a few more sets.

sounds good, keep us posted. also you might want to consider when making them that fitment could be different for stock, dropped, lifted, flip kit, ect...

sorry BigTex wasnt try to do a group buy or anything..ill post up pics of the completed bars in the susp. section when completed. i guess anyone with any questions could pm me. thanks
