Yep, it surely is. It's full of trans fluid and ready to go in the truck. I pulled it back out of my truck about 3 weeks ago after reinstalling my FLT trans. The FLT had broke so I used this one so I'd still have a way to get around. I'm selling this trans and going to put the money from it with my tax returns to get another vehicle for a DD! Otherwise, I would still be keeping it as a spare
