Stainless Works Headers
Brand new Stainless Works Headers
(Description from Stainless Works website) 2003-2006 Chevy/GMC Truck 4.8, 5.3 4 Wheel Drive Only. 1 3/4" CNC Mandrel Bent 304 s/s primaries, 3/8" thick CNC Laser cut flanges, 3" collectors with no connector pipes-headers only.
Even though the description says the headers are for 2003-2006 trucks I believe they will work on 1999-2007 Classic trucks.
These headers have also had stainless steel V-Band flanges welded to them and will include 2 stainless steel V-Band clamps and 2 stainless steel V-Band flanges. All of the V-Band hardware was purchased from ATP Turbo in the Bay Area.
As I said before these are brand new headers, never installed. The only thing I've done with these are weld on the V-Band setup onto them.
The prices I paid:
Headers $865.82
Flanges $26.00 X 4
Clamps $15.95 X 2
Total $1,001.72 plus tax and shipping
Price: $800 Shipped in the 48

They look to be LTs so I think I already know the answer but I have to ask. Do you know if they are CARB compliant headers. I couldn't find anything on their web site regarding EO#s.

Yeah, it is. Like I said I have over $1,000 into them.
I was wanting to build a Supercharged 408 for my Silverado but I decided to change to a Turbocharged 408 early on. Unfortunately I had already bough and modified these headers. My loss is your gain

No longtubes are CARB exempt due to the fact they move the cats from the stock location. There are a few Mid lengths that are.
