I had these on my 2003 for about 5 years. 3/8" flanges with 1-3/4 primaries to 2-1/2" pipes. They are jet hot coated, but the coating is flaking as you can see. I ran the truck year round and as you can see even stainless isn't invincible to salt. Nothing is rusted through, just surface rust. They are factory connect for the 6.0, but will fit any gen III LS motor if you want to connect up to them. They had slight rubbing on my frame (hense the header wrap to stop the rattle), but I talked to many people who ran them without issue so I'm not sure why mine rubbed. I used to be very active when I was building the 03 Denali, but not so much anymore so if you have any concerns with me being sketchy I'd gladly send you more pictures or talk over the phone.
