how much shipped for the hangers/springs to 76135 fort worth texas

 

Looks like it would be no more than 15.00. That was guessing at the weight. UPS ground and insured

 

what exactly do the hangers do? I know that they go on the front of the leaf spring by the cab (on a silverado) but do they raise the front of the spring up or do they flex the spring down lower? I'm new to it and need to lower my truck an additional inch. I have 3 in shackles on the back but it's still an inch off. just am looking to do something more simple than fliping the spring or repositioning. Thanks
