it's for 03-05, and it doesn't bolt over,it clips over,but... i guarantee it's no different than the cut out unit.... just in the fastening style, street scene gives you some bs clips to install it. I personally would figure a new way to retain it... i didnt like their system. part of the overlays is held in with 4 stainless steel tie wraps. you have to cut them, to remove the overlay, so obviously i dont have them anymore. Whoever buys it will need to find new tie straps, or install the overlays a different way..... i'd probably choose the latter if you are good at engineering stuff like that.
