install the cam yourself IT'S EASY....there's several guys that run a 3600 on the street, i would if i had time to buy one and have it installed. i will with the new motor. pro yank 3600 extreme

Thanks for the info. I'm pretty mechanically inclined, I'm sure I could do the cam install myself with the proper tools and a little reading. I would just need to get out of the house to do the install, if I did the install with my dad around he would be pretty pissed off lol. Maybe I'll get a 3200 stall, still got lots of time to make up my mind. btw, how old are you?

go to www.ls1howto.com has everything you need to know about a cam swap. but on the truck you don't have to discharge the ac, and don't remove the radiator just unbolt it and lift it up while you pull the cam.very easy swap. comtact the shop in my sig if you're in the san fernando area and they can help ya out with an install. i turned 20 back in May
