Do you know if roush makes a different lower manifold for the 6.2?

 

Not that I'm aware of. I am however aware of at least one person that adapted this kit to a 6.2, but admittedly they were, or had access to a skilled machinist.

Not only are you getting a great deal on a Tvs 1900 kit Dyno Dan is very knowledgeable about it if you have any questions. I installed one last January and bought one of Dan's wiring harnesses so I did not have to do a lot of cutting on the factory harness and Dan was very helpful and gave me some installation tips. I have a 2012 5.3 Avalanche and the kit fits like a glove and according to my tuner it is putting down about 450 to 470 rwhp. ( He was scared to put it on the dyno because it might throw the drive shaft) but based on what it was pulling thru the mass air flow he estimated the power and he has done thousands of tunes. My results were with a overdrive crank pully at about 10 psi.
