it is covered in light grey carpet and fits right under the plastic molding below the window. . I it also has a lip made that hangs over the jack and tire tolls to cover it as well. I will take $30 plus shipping for it.

The 10 inch sub is a image dynamics s2 dual voice coil and 2 ohm sub. It is the nicer sub and cost about $200 new. I will take $50 plus shipping for it as well
