Procharger P-1SC $1500
Get blown for about $2k (+ a tune of course).
P-1SC Supercharger in exc cond. Has about 15k miles on it.
1999-2006 Mounting bracket, bolts and spacers.
Vortech Race Bypass Valve w/hose for intake
24x12x4 Intercooler.
New K&N Air filter with rubber mounting elbow
4.0" and 3.1" pulley
I already re-clocked the P-1SC for installing straight-up in our trucks. The bearings looked perfect, oil was clean and I didn't find any oil seepage through the seals. The impeller is perfect and without a knick or scratch on it and everything spins freely with no play. I have gotten $1100-1200 for a head unit in this excellent condition on eBay.
To install on any 4.8/5.3/6.0l Gen lll truck, you will need:
2 Procharger idler pulleys with spacers/bolts
3" cold side aluminum piping
Asst silicone elbows/clamps
42lb injectors
255lph fuel pump (inline for 99-03, in-tank for 04-06)
One bottle of Procharger Oil.
Serpentine belt
A few misc bolts/washers
I have built about 4 of these systems over the last couple years. Ask for a manual when you order the idler pulleys from Procharger and it will give you step by step instructions. The FMIC requires you to notch the front bumper mounts but makes a super clean install once it's bolted in.
I've never used a 3.1" pulley on a system but the 4.0" is probably good for about 10lbs on a 4.8/5.3 and about 8lbs on a 6.0l. I used a system like this on my Denali Sierra 6.0l crewcab with a 3.7" pulley and hit 10lbs of boost, AIT never more than 15 degrees over abient and ran 13.20's at 103mpg
