Yes everything is there but shocks and bolts. It had approx 15,000 miles when taken off. I bought it used to put on my previous 99 truck and then decided i wanted a 2wd.....well i changed my mind and traded the 99 for an 01 gmc 4x4 and the guy who had it had a brand new pro comp lift he never got put on the truck so i bought it at same time and put it on. I would of used this kit had he not had the other one. I am not affraid of it a bit. It has NO bent parts and the only issue i can see is some of the powder coating is peeling in places but this is a common pro comp issue from what i have read on the net.
