Will it work on 4.3?

Can you take off TQ management and add the options of Torque converter and shift kit?

what about does this program your vin into the programer so you cant use it on other trucks. i have an 03 4.8.

It'll work on your truck, I don't know if it's locked or not. All I did was upload the sport tune in my old Tahoe. If it is locked all you have to do is send it to DiabloSport and they said they can re-set it if it needs it.
