Talking Powertrax no-slip locker f/s...

Powertrax model # 92-0786-3005. Came out of my truck in perfect working condition (decided to go w/ an Eaton). For someone looking to install a posi unit themselves in about an hour or two this is it. Comes w/ instructions and original box. New runs over 400. Asking 200 shipped or PM me a best reasonable offer...Zed

Works great...

How loud is it when you turn corners? I hear they make a loud clunking sound.

Why are you switching to Eaton?

I must say I love mine, this is a great deal for 200 shipped. I have had mine almost a year now with no problems what so ever. After they break in you can hardly hear them at all.

Went w/ an Eaton because it was easier on the install shop when they changed my gears and the Eatons are stronger, even though my trans went out before this Powertrax. The only time you can tell it's in is if you get on it in a corner or a hard curve and it locks up into posi mode. Other than that you can hardly tell. The install shop didn't even notice it when they backed the truck up out of the parking lot to put it up on the lift. When the guy popped the cover he was amazed to see it in there. Like Dark Halo said once they break in they are fairly quiet. You can here it click as it disengages at low speed if you have the windows down and the radio off, but that's about it. The main reason I went with it was because you didn't need special tools to install it and I could put it in myself...Zed

Oh yeah and it drives great in the rain.
