have a like new ported and polished BBK 80 mm throttle body for 99-02 trucks / suv's (4.8, 5.3, 6.0) chevys and gmc's. There is a deffinate difference in mid to top end power. 8-12hp + what the port/polish does. Works even better with a cold air intake.
