Didn't know there was a difference but this trans was installed on a 2wd.

The way I understand it the output shaft is different.
Can anyone confirm?
I have 4x4.

Output shaft is different. It can be swapped though

I have a 2004 Procharged Escalade. I have been considering a higher stall converter.

So with this I would just have some shop pull the existing tranny and torque-converter, then pop this unit in ?(with the 4wd replacement part mentioned above?)

And would this be an upgrade over my stock tranny? I assume so....

Pardon my ignorance, just trying to get informed.
