Truck being torn apart this week and set to a stock setup so parts will be off to take pictures cleaned up and off the truck if anyone is potentially interested.

 

hey frank, you still have that x-link? and btw- i was actually thinking about using a corsa 4" duramax muffler on my new setup... basically identical to yours. keep in mind mine is a 370 on 16 psi boost, so it might be louder... but im hoping to get somewhere in the sound of a gas corsa sport system with LT headers on a blown LS. you think thats a safe comparison or is it louder?? sorry to go off topic, just cool to see someone who ran that same setup

 

x link is still here. Actually nothing has sold but the engine/trans truck is just about 100% stock now besides wheels and tires so posting for sale this week. I doubt you will be louder than what mine was based on the cubes and the blower.. I had compression/cubes made it deeper and more raspy than what you would notice with a 370 but it will never sound like the smaller corsa once you go to the 4" pipe everything changes it's very loud at wot and still very deep at part throttle

what version is the x-link? original with seperate 5v source wire, 2.0 where you cut pink wire for truck TB, or newer one?

 

I have one of the old ones in my tool box. It worked fine just took it off the truck since it's going with a dead stock 6.0

 

does it need a 5V signal or is it PnP?

 

The old 5 volt signal style I got it in like 07 I wanna say. Can't get over no one wants the headers or exhaust after having people call me for 4" exhaust 6 months ago no one has money or wants to do it anymore.
