You sold me a '99 6.0 motor a few months back that you promised me had aluminum heads and the correct crank that would bolt up to the 4L60-E tranny. When I received it, everything you promised was a lie. It had iron heads and the 4L80-E crank. I sent you emails and you told me you'd send me a white face gauges since you were in the wrong, but you never sent them and since then have not gotten back with me about it at all. In this thread I am asking for at least half of my money back because the motor was pretty much useless and I would have never bought it had you told me it was iron-headed. If the admins would like to help me out with this, please do.

Please dont make me use some of my vacation time to take a little roadtrip to your local police department/courthouse to file a complaint against you.

I have plenty of emails saved and everything documented down to a tee.
I called the local police station down there and was advised to call the courthouse and file a criminal complaint. My choice is clear if he doesnt man up.

Today I just received a navy blue/black gauge layover/insert from Ryan.
I guess this was the one he said he'd send me a long time ago. So I guess we can call it even, just too bad it wont work on my '03

 

Hmm...... that sounds JUST LIKE the one that I saw in his truck. I wanted to buy it from him. Maybe not? At least he came through in some way.
