NV3500 Reman 5 speed. I bought this from Rock Auto a few months for my 2006 SCSB V6. I bought the truck from Copart as a cheap driver only to find out it had a bad transmission so i bought this new and installed it. Drove it for a couple of month and about 500 miles and changed my mind, I pulled everything out and built a LS1 and Tremec TKX swap.

The NV3500 came with a 2 year warranty and I have all of the receipts. It was $1400 new plus tax plus shipping plus $1000 core if you buy it on Rock Auto.

yep - and even after the 4500 swap, i missed the 3500's ratios

 

I have everything for a LS swap, new 4.8 flywheel, clutch and slave cylinder. I was planning to return it all to rock auto.

just be advised: S10 versions had a longer tail shaft than the full-size, slightly taller gear ratios for 1st & 2nd, and a different crossmember placement.
