The supercharger manifold is the same for the 5.3L and 6.0L/6.2L engines, the only difference is the pulley size and on the 5.3L we supply an adapter plate to go between the manifold and cylinder head because the ports are a different shape on the 5.3L. Email from Magnacharger

Still on truck and bought the truck off my buddy helped him do the kit had it on their for like six months and sold it to me cheap and I don't like it always had turbo vehicles my last one had a Kb 88 kit and I like that better
