Complete everything included. Rails gaskets 30lbs injectors (12580681) 87mm TB map sensor even the tubing.

I would just swap to returnless the newer fuel rails support a ton more power. I had planned to use this in a big power build(600+). Pretty much the best budget intake, rails, etc.

Is it as easy as just not using the return line on my truck? Im not too familiar with the Swap, whats exactly involved?

Must use a fuel pressure regulator. Most use one from a Vette, unsure of what year. And if I'm not mistaken, you just cap the return line to the tank.
