is their a way for some to use only one cut out or do you have to use both of them due to the wiring

 

there is definitely a way to use only one cut out. Dont mark me on this, but im pretty sure these cut outs are designed to operate on two switches, unless you y them together and run them on one. I didnt dig into it at all, as you can see the one cut out is still wrapped with plastic and i cant really tell whats in there. I could open it up and check for sure, the easiest thing to do would be to call summit.

I am only interested in selling them as a pair unless i have two people will to buy each of them.
