Does the harness wire into the pcm and use the factory controls when programmed? If so consider it sold.

Yessir, the harness plugs into the proper place in the pcm, and you program for temp on/off times, on during a/c operation, etc. comes with instructions...if you want the harness it's yours. Pm me if you want it.
