thanks for the info. is there a stall converter in there now? also, the gear set in the 85 is lower in 1st and higher in OD correct? think id be ok with my 3.73's or would 4.11's be better?

ever run with slicks?

ever run with slicks?
First gear in 80/85 is 2.48
First gear in 60/65 is 3.06

Overdrive in 80/85 is .75
Overdrive in 60/65 is .67

Here's a pic of the headers and the style of brand new (not yet installed) v band clamp assemblies that are included (sorry for the quality of the pic, the headers are still on the truck. They can be removed in an hours time if someone buys them)






Here's a pic of the tranny before I installed it. It still looks clean and brand new.
