What else is needed to make it run on the truck besides a tune? About how many miles on it? When you say freshened up, do you mean rebuilt or just gaskets seals replaced? Thanks

from the looks of the pics, youll need a new belt and cooling hoses for intercooling sysem (obviously lol) and a heat exchanger (there is a perfect, very affordable model available on frozenboost.com that fits great behind the grille on our truck). Then, if your truck is not a 2003: 99-02 youll need to order the throttle cable holder from magnason. if your truck is a 2004-up, youll simply need a returnless fuel rail adapter (as the fuel systems have changed to a "non-returnless" style) from magnason. either way, you will need a fuel pump upgrade, in tank. most common, and cheap yet extremely reliable fuel pump costing about $95. This would be the Walbro 255 LPH in-tank pump; this is a much better, safer, more efficient way than the "add-on" in-line pump that the earlier (99-02) Radix kits came with.
as for whether he "rebuilt" it or not- these superchargers are desiged to go 100k miles with NO maintenance except a gear oil change in the front snout. out of maybe 100 blowers we have installed, tuned cars with radix's on, etc- only ONE needed to actually be serviced and it was due to driver error lol.
EDIT: I also highly highly suggest the buyer would purchase a crank pinning kit, which can be had for under $90. Also suggest running some NGK TR6 spark plugs, which are cheap ($2.49/plug on average). As for tune, there are several mail order options. hope this was of some help to you all. GLWS OP

No belt but no reason to supply one, unless I put one in to fit all pulley combos. Id have to know what balancer, PS pulley and alt size a person had and its worthless if they immediately do the idler pulley mod to the snout bracket. Measure and cough up the $25-30 for a belt to fit your truck, not a big deal
HX and 12' of 3/4" hose is included, just not pictured
Correct on the cable bracket. Ive got some extra stock holders and can fab something if its a big deal
Buyer can state they want it returnless and Ill convert it for them. Only takes 5 mins, gut the regulator and plug the return port
Correct on the pump, but that goes with any SC upgrade
This one was simply torn down, inspected, cleaned and reassembled. Common wear areas are bearing (basically new), rotors (free of nicks, gouges or excess teflon stripping), gear pack (within eaton tolerances), drive coupler (stock spring loaded coupler wasnt worn out). It got fresh seals and gear oil. The injectors were cleaned because multitechs like these have a tendancy to stick when theyve been sitting a while
How many miles operation on, before teardown ?
What additional changes or extras will I need to install this on a 2002 flex fuel Tahoe?
I have return fuel, and cable throttle, and HPTuners. Can you provide base tuning files?
( definitely plan higher volume in tank fuel pump.)
I didnt ask. Didnt seem like much, the spring loaded coupler is only good for about 60k and it was towards the low end of factory specs (tighter). Seems like this motor did alot of idling and sitting. The gear oil had minimal discoloration
You'll need to upgrade the in-tank fuel pump. Not sure if a common 255 will still handle 8-10psi on E85, but it def will on gas
I dont offer a base tune. Most dyno shops will in preparation for a full dyno. If you plan to DIY, set your stock PCM for 42lb injectors and go from there
This kit uses a divorced IAT in the manifold. Your truck will have it as part of the MAF. Ill include a pigtail to splice in for you
Also, these injectors use a multitech connector where your flex fuel injectors have EV6. Ill include pigtails if you want to splice or you can buy adapters instead
I tried to call you, but couldnt get an answer. Sent an email with my number
