Don't wanna sound like an ***, but every sale is first come first serve. The seller can choose to sell to whom he wants and if he wants to sell to you since you had an interest before me, I won't be upset.
On a side note how can you not jump on these @ $400, regardless if rockers come with them or not. Bare ls3 heads are worth that, this includes the hollow stems.

And you don't sound like an ***, you're absolutely correct, it just gets tiring when it happens over and over. I'm putting together one engine using parts from 3 (or more) different ones (including one I already have), so it takes time to verify what is going to work together (or in this case know what else I need to source, and try not to end up with dupliate parts), and when parts disappear befor I'm able to confirm compatibility (due to lack of details by sellers.. I know how to do my research), it gets old.
