Mileage unknown, I bought it with the intent to build it. Came out of a 2002 3/4 ton truck, but had a CTS-V oil pan (was gonna go on a chevelle) also has the adaptors to bolt it in to anything with a gen1 engine.

 

Engine ran when pulled, but I pulled a head off and the cylinder walls were pretty worn out. Crank is good
