I have HP tuners for 03 and 04 Silverado. I have a IBM T20 laptop. I can't make it work, It needs a computer oriented person and some help.The laptop has a brand new battery also. I am getting a new laptop and EFI live. The HP can be updated from 1.6 to 1.7 or the new 2.0. I will take $500 plus shipping, I take Paypal.
