LS7 spring specs:
101 lbs @ 1.960" installed height (with LS7 retainers)
310 lbs @ 1.368", Max lift .600"

LS7 cam specs:
210/231 @ .050
LSA 120, ICL 116

im not familiar with the ls7, does that take a 3 bolt or single bolt sprocket?
