I'm assuming that is discoloration on the headers, not rust?

Also, do you still have the carbon gaskets that go in between the collector and y pipe?

Does the EGR port on the passenger header have the proper screw in it blocking it off?

What did you do about the plug wires on the driver side with the hump?

I'm assuming that the portion of the exhaust past the X should bolt up fine in an extended cab? That first hanger should be in the same position as on a reg cab, right?
