GEN IV 5.3L Aluminum Block/Crank
What I have for sale is the Aluminum Gen IV 5.3L block, and the crank (still installed, turns with little to no effort). Will likely need a light hone. $350 OBRO I would like to keep it somewhat local (Augusta, GA area), and not deal with the hassle of shipping at the moment. Will get some pics of it Tomorrow.
I purchased this as a shortblock a while back from a local yard, topside of the engine was burned (I also bought the 799 heads, but kept them for myself). If I remember correctly the engine was pulled from an '09 Fullsize, It was sold to me as having under 75K miles on it, which seemed to be accurate from the internals of the engine. I pulled the Pistons/rods to use myself in a Gen III build, I do have the OE Cam (in good shape), oil pump, timing set, front and rear covers, valley covers etc.
