Found some nuts that I could sandwich between the rail and the intake mounting points and slide the bolts through. Probably less redneck ways to do it but they werent off by much.

Sold the fuel rail off the manifold along with the bolts and map sensor clip. If someone wants a clean 55k mile NNBS intake, 125 bucks and ill send it your way. Also willing to sell the NON-flex fuel injectors for 75 shipped!
