Default FS: STS Intercooled Turbo Kit w/GT-67

Gents,

Selling my practically new STS intercooled turbo system with several unique options, including the Garrett GT-67 turbo. The kit is made for the GM 1500 Ext Cab, but will fit a regular cab with minimal effort. It was on my babied 06' GMC Sierra Vmax for just under 5k miles and was proffessionally removed with each part cleaned (see pic) and organized for the kit's next installation (i.e- you won't get a box full of dirty, random parts!)

This kit includes the following:
* STS Turbo Kit
* Optional Garrett GT-67 Turbo w/.96 A/R (barely broken-in)
* STS Intercooler, hard annodized black for a professional/stealth look.
* Turbonetics Raptor Bypass Valve w/all necessary hardware pre-welded in place (bypass hose included)
* 8 NGK Iridium Spark Plugs
* Wastegate professionally fabricated to return into exhaust
* Greddy Spec-B Electronic Boost Controller
* Stock exhaust section fabricated to mount up to turbo

Short of injectors, you'll find everything you need to mount this kit up to your own vehicle. The power potential is amazing- with small injectors (42lb) and an ultra conservative tune, I ran the numbers in my signature. There are several who have speculated 70hp/tq is easily left in this kit with the aforementioned corrected. With more boost, I'd be scared to see what this kit could produce. If you have any questions, please contact me via PM or my cell (858) 539-5307.

New Price- $3200 SHIPPED!

Ross Simpson

Going out to sea on deployment in late March, and will likely be selling my truck before I go.

so did u see any major decrease in fuel economy with the turbo?
and the larger injectors? did it chug the fuel more than usual when driving normal llike hiway and traffic driving? seriuosly considering it for my 4.8, but
it gets good economy now.

If you'll do a search you'll find that I was very concerned about fuel mileage before installing a turbo. To my relief, I saw about a .5mpg increase in fuel economy which is not quite the advertised amount by STS (1-3mpg I believe), though it's better than a decrease! It is hard to keep your foot out of it with the power delivery and the way the turbo sounds. Injector size makes no difference at all- it's all in the tune.
