Muffler part no. 12590; 5" X 11" X 22" body, 28" long overall. On my truck for 1 1/2 weeks, only a couple hundred miles put on it. It is a dual 3" / single 3" in/out setup, and is reversible. I used it dual 3" in/single 3" out on my VHO. Still just too much resonance in the cab on the 6.0L for me. It is quieter than the one I sold about a month or so ago
