Now you can replace the factory radio in your OnStar and Bose equipped GM vehicle and maintain all of the Bose amplifiers, Bose speakers, and OnStar functionality. The GMAH24B plugs into the connectors in the dash and provides wiring for an aftermarket receiver. It includes on-board switching and amplification to provide OnStar signals through the front two speakers while automatically muting the aftermarket receiver. The GMAH24B plugs into the factory Molex (rectangular) connectors and provides power, ground, and speaker leads. It even reports a “healthy status” to the vehicle’s data bus, and retains the RAP (retained accessory power) that automatically turns off your new radio when you exit the vehicle. Fully compatible with Bose and Premium Bose systems. Non-Bose equipped vehicles should use the GMAH24, available separately.
Note: Add-on chime module GMAHCM is required to retain warning chimes when removing or bypassing the factory Bose amplifiers.

Applications
