The cam and valvetrain is stock
Will come with cam and crank sensors, all covers and a truck oil pan setup.

I can also make this complete with all acc. I also have a ls1 intake that is bare and the wiring harness and comp from a 98' car. Let me know how you want it and I will adjust the price accordingly.
