Damn I wish I was close. I am looking for a set local but no luck as of yet.

 

does anybody know of a way to purchase boxes made for wheel and tire combos? that would be very convienent for this purpose!

They don't have to be in boxes to ship UPS. I got some and they just had a piece of cardboard over the face of the wheel to keep it from getting banged up. But you should be able to go to a UPS store and ship them.
